The UK Championships is not just a competition! For years the event has been at the forefront of delivering unique levelled workshops from World Class Professional Instructors and this year will be no different.
We believe that everyone learns in different ways and therefore we will provide a number of varied workshops to cater for all learning styles.
We also intend to provide in-depth focus workshops on body movement and connection, expanding your dance vocabulary with innovative patterns, and gaining valuable insights into the history and musicality of the dance.

2026 levels
Level 1 - Brand new to West Coast Swing
​Level 2 - Newcomer/Novice
Level 3 - Novice (WSDC Novice points/level)
Level 4 - Intermediate (WSDC Intermediate points/level)
Level 5 - Advanced (WSDC Advanced points/level)
Level 6/7 - WSDC All Star/Champion points/level
Open Level - Open to everyone. You just need to know your basics!
In general we use the WSDC points system to determine the level of class allocated to you. Whilst we believe that if you have great teachers then you will always learn, we also appreciate that some of you may not compete on a regular basis. We will therefore also run auditions for those who wish to petition up a level in workshops.To ensure the best learning experience for everyone, you will be only able to attend your level workshops, but don't worry we'll have plenty of learning opportunities for you.

In addition to a fantastic learning experience during the weekend you will be able to expand your knowledge and skills with Guided Practice, Intensives and our famous Steal the Show Choreography and performance.

Your chance to stand out and perform with our 'Steal the Show' Routine workshops. Learn unique choreography from our Pros with the opportunity to perform on Sunday Night Show (optional!).
KNOWLEDGE
Our knowledge based workshops are there to teach you the information that you wouldn't normally receive in a class. This could be about topics like history, DJing, competition mindset, wellbeing etc.
