Quick Guide:
Set up your DanceApp account early – saves a faff when passes go live.
Role-Balanced Couples – automatically accepted (if tickets remain). 1 person can book for both.
Singles – pop on the waitlist; we’ll match you up as soon as the lead/follow balance allows.
We’ve kept this bit short enough to read without needing a cuppa halfway through,
but if anything’s missing, drop us a message and we’ll try to get you sorted.

Registration opens Tuesday 28th October 2025, 7pm GMT sharp.
Grab a cuppa, line up your DanceApp login, and get comfy - it’s go time.
Click the “Register Here” button when the clock hits 7pm UK time, and DanceApp will do the heavy lifting (well, most of it).
If you haven’t already got an account, set one up beforehand as no one wants to be faffing with passwords while passes are flying.

How to get yourself in
Single (Waitlist)
Flying solo for now? No drama. We keep things fair.
Pop your name down and we’ll slot you in as soon as the lead/follow balance sorts itself out.
Couple (Role-Balanced)
Got your partner lined up? Lovely Jubbly. Register as a pair and choose how you want to pay:
Separate Tickets – One person signs up both names, each pays their own way.
Combined Tickets – one of you takes the hit and pays for both.

If you’re a role-balanced couple, you’ll be accepted straight away (assuming tickets haven’t all vanished).
Both tickets need to be the same, i.e. Full Pass or Party Pass.

Once you’ve registered
Hitting submit doesn’t instantly guarantee a spot. Give us a few days to work through the madness.
You’ll get an email saying either:
You’re in! (with a payment link), or
You’re on the waitlist (we’ll be in touch soon).

What we’ll need from you
Name, email, date of birth, WSDC number, role, country, and (if relevant) your partner’s details.
​
Discounted passes (Junior, All Star etc.) are applied automatically, no secret codes or handshakes needed.
If you’re entering a routine division, just drop that in the comments box when you sign up.
